You may cancel or return products within 5 calendar days of receipt, provided the item is unused, undamaged, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To qualify for a return/refund:

  • Items must be in original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Only products purchased from Cellular Planet are eligible.

Non-returnable items include:

  • SIM cards, mobile credit, or airtime
  • Consumables once packaging has been opened (batteries, cables, screen protectors)
  • Customised, personalised, or made-to-order products
  • Products compromising hygiene or safety once opened

We may refuse returns that fail to meet these conditions.

  1. Restocking Fees
  • A reasonable restocking fee (15%) may apply to non-defective electronics that require repackaging or testing.
  • Restocking fees do not apply to defective or non-conforming items.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping unless agreed otherwise.

  • Refunds exclude restocking fees, where applicable.
  • Defective or non-conforming items are refunded in full or replaced at your option.

  • Items that are defective, do not match the description, or are unfit for purpose may be returned beyond the 5-day period, provided you act within the warranty period.
